Instructions

Potatoes

Place diced potatoes in a pot with 1 cup water per 100 g of potatoes and a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12–15 minutes until fork tender. Drain and set aside.

Protein & Vegetables

Heat 1 spoon of oil per portion in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add turkey mince and cook for 6–7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and cooked through.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until heated through.

Assembly

Season with soy sauce, garlic granules, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
