In a bowl, season sliced chicken with garlic granules, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken strips into the egg, then press into crushed corn flakes until evenly coated.
Place coated chicken tenders into an air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
Cook for 10 minutes at 200°C, turning halfway through until golden and crispy.
While the chicken cooks, in a small pan mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Heat gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Once cooked, toss chicken tenders in the sauce or drizzle it over before serving.
