Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan).

In a casserole dish, add raw chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and onion.

In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, chicken stock, olive oil, garlic granules, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour sauce over casserole ingredients and stir to coat evenly.

Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Return to oven uncovered for another 15–20 minutes, until potatoes are tender, chicken is fully cooked, and the top is golden and bubbling.
