Toast & Egg

Toast the bread slice until golden.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and fry for 3–4 minutes, until the white is set and yolk is done to preference.

Vegetables

Lightly sear the bell pepper slice and tomato slice in the same pan for 1–2 minutes until slightly softened.

Assembly

Place toast on a plate, top with the fried egg, and arrange the pepper and tomato slices on the side or on top.
