Meatballs

Mix beef mince with garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.

Roll into 8–10 small meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
Greens & Glaze

Reduce heat to medium. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and ketchup, tossing meatballs for 1–2 minutes until coated in glaze.

Add mixed greens and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted and coated.
Assembly

Serve meatballs hot with glazed greens on the side.
